Kirsten Garrett

Kirsten Garrett, SPHR, currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at Confluence, a leader in data-driven investment management solutions, since January 2023. Previously, Kirsten held the position of Chief People Officer at QGenda, where the focus was on provider scheduling and clinical capacity management. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Human Resources at Fiserv and Raymond James Financial, and HR Partner at HSN. Kirsten began a career in human resources as HR Manager at Platinum Consulting Group. Educational credentials include an MBA from Colorado State University, a BA in International Relations from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and a Securities Industry Institute certification from The Wharton School.
