Mark Prunier

Mark Prunier currently serves as Project Manager and NSPIRE Lead at Investment Property Group (IPG) since November 2023. Previously, Mark held the position of CapEx Project Manager for Interior and Exterior Renovations at Sunset Property Solutions from July 2022 to November 2023. Mark's experience includes working as a Multi-Family Sales Executive at GoKeyless and serving as CapEx Project Manager for various markets at The Connor Group, where responsibilities encompassed budget creation and project oversight. Mark also has extensive experience in the commercial sector, having worked as Vice President for Commercial Accounts and Operations Manager at Moyer Facilities, managing client accounts and overseeing project execution. Additionally, Mark co-owned Wicked Cake Creations, managing online presence and legal compliance, and served as Installation Department Manager at Alside Supply, overseeing subcontractors for new construction window installations. Mark attended Wright State University and graduated from Northmont High School.
