Jamie Lewis

Jamie Lewis has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. They started their career in 1997 at Safeco Insurance, initially working as an Agency Services Representative before moving on to become an Agency Technology Specialist. In 2000, Jamie joined Arioso as a Trainer and continued in this role until 2001. They also worked as a Trainer at Accenture during this time. In 2003, Jamie worked briefly as a Contractor at Sapphire Technology before joining Accenture as a Senior Instructional Design Analyst. They later became a Curriculum Management Specialist at Accenture until 2008. Jamie then joined Archstone as a Senior Instructional Designer for National Training, holding this position until 2013. From 2013 to 2014, they served as the Education and Product Development Manager at the Investment Management Consultants Association. In 2015, Jamie joined The eLearning Guild as the Director of Curriculum and Learning Exchange, where they were responsible for curriculum development and managing the Guild Academy. They then moved on to the Investments & Wealth Institute, initially serving as the Online Learning and Assessment-Based Certificate Programs Manager before being promoted to Associate Director of Online Learning and eventually Director of Technology.

Jamie Lewis attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology. In 2011, Jamie enrolled at the University of Colorado Denver and completed a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Information and Learning Technologies with a specialization in eLearning Design and Implementation in 2013. In terms of additional certifications, Jamie obtained the ITIL 4 ® STRATEGIST Direct, Plan and Improve CPD certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in November 2021, and the ITIL Foundation Level certification from the same institution in May 2021. They also acquired certifications in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, as well as Skills for Inclusive Conversations from LinkedIn in June 2020.
