Kim Palagruto

Kim Palagruto has been working in the recruitment field for over 22 years. Kim began their career in 1998 as a Technical Recruiter for Strategic Staffing Solutions. Kim then worked as a Technical Recruiter for QuinTech Resources from 2003 to 2005. From 2005 to 2012, Kim worked as a Recruiter/Sourcer for First Consulting Group and as a Technical Recruiter for The Judge Group. From 2012 to 2013, Kim held two roles at Turnberry Solutions - Talent Acquisition Specialist and Cloud/IT Technical Recruiter. Kim then moved to Santa Rosa Consulting, Inc. as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. In 2018, Kim worked as a Senior Recruiter, TPX Talent Acquisition for Comcast. From 2019 to 2021, they were a Senior Technical Recruiter for Capgemini Invent. Kim is currently a Technical Recruiter Director for Investor Cash Management, where they are responsible for hiring and interviewing all technical Top performers, and is involved in the full life cycle of recruiting.

Kim Palagruto obtained a Certificate in Computer Programming, Specific Applications from the Computer Learning Center in 1987-1988. Additionally, Kim has a Programming Certification.
