Dave Tice

Dave Tice currently serves as a Maintenance Specialist at Investors Community Bank since August 2019. Previously, Tice held the position of Head Custodian at Manitowoc Public Schools from July 2014 to August 2019, overseeing maintenance at Lincoln High School. Prior to that role, Tice worked as the Chief Maintenance Engineer at Holiday Inn Manitowoc from February to November 2013, managing maintenance staff and performing preventative maintenance on various systems. Tice's experience also includes serving as a Service Writer at Stock's Harley Davidson and as Maintenance Supervisor at Bay Shipbuilding, where supervision of approximately 18 union workers was required across all shifts. Tice holds an ASOPE Licensing in Power Engineering from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, completed between 2001 and 2003, and a high school diploma in General Studies from Washington High School in Two Rivers, WI, which was obtained between 1976 and 1980.
