Elsa Condon

Elsa Condon has over 16 years of banking experience, specializing in agricultural and food banking. Elsa began their career as an Assistant Vice President at BMO Harris Bank in 2005 and was promoted to Vice President in 2013. Elsa held various roles within the Agriculture & Food Banking division until 2019 when they joined Investors Community Bank as a VP - Ag Banking Officer. In 2021, Elsa joined Nicolet National Bank in the same role.

Elsa Condon obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. In May 2021, they also completed a certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn.
