Elsa began their career as an Assistant Vice President at BMO Harris Bank in 2005 and was promoted to Vice President in 2013. Elsa held various roles within the Agriculture & Food Banking division until 2019 when they joined Investors Community Bank as a VP - Ag Banking Officer.
