Glen Stiteley

Glen Stiteley is currently the EVP and CFO of Investors Community Bank. Glen has held this position since August 2017. Prior to that, they served as the CFO, Treasurer, and Strategic Planning Officer for the bank. In this role, they were responsible for increasing profitability, mitigating risk, sustaining and building operations, and inspiring and leading top-performing banking teams.

Glen has a wealth of experience in financial oversight, operations, business management, capital expansion, compliance, and strategic planning. Glen is also well-versed in M&A, due diligence, SEC processes, SOX compliance, capital markets and investment banking, and risk management. In addition to their financial expertise, Glen is also skilled in investor relations, training and development, team building and leadership, process improvements, financial modeling, and asset-liability management.

Under Glen's leadership, Investors Community Bank has thrived. Glen has overseen numerous successful initiatives that have increased profitability and shareholder value. Glen is highly respected by their colleagues and peers for their knowledge and expertise in the financial industry.

Glen Stiteley has a BBA in Accounting from Eastern Michigan University and an Executive Program in Bank Financial Leadership from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Glen is certified by the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and by St. Norbert College as an Executive Leadership Program participant.
