Matthew Bouldin

Matthew Bouldin, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Financial Accounting at Investors Title Company and Affiliates since September 2022. Prior to this role, Matthew held multiple positions at Tempur Sealy International from October 2013 to September 2022, including Assistant Controller, Financial Reporting Manager, and Associate Tax Manager, where responsibilities encompassed preparation of income tax forecasts and management of deferred tax accounts. Previously, Matthew was a Senior Accountant at Gilliam Coble & Moser, LLP from August 2007 to October 2013, focusing on the preparation of federal and state income tax returns for various entities. Additionally, Matthew served as Treasurer for the Greensboro Opera Company from April 2011 to March 2013. Matthew earned a Master’s degree in Accounting from Appalachian State University from 2002 to 2007.
