Mildred Tovar

Mildred Tovar has over 14 years of experience at Investors Trust, holding positions from Money Market Underwriter to Project Manager. In the current role as Project Manager since August 2009, Mildred is responsible for defining and documenting project scope, goals, and deliverables in line with standard processes and procedures. Previously, as a Project Analyst, Mildred developed, documented, maintained, and validated requirements specifications. Mildred holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Florida International University.
