Cédric Beaudoin

Cédric Beaudoin possesses extensive experience in venture capital and mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as a Board Observer at ClearEstate and Noze, as well as a Senior Associate in Venture Capital at Investissement Québec since October 2022. Previously, Cédric worked as a Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst at Harnois Énergies, providing financial analysis and deal recommendations, and as an Investor Relations Analyst at BRP, focusing on market analysis and investor targeting. Early experience includes a role as a Business Analyst at Qube-4d ventures, where market strategies were developed for technology ventures. Cédric holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Concordia University and is pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Mergers, Acquisitions, and Restructurings from Harvard University, having also passed Level I of the CFA program.
