Chantal Leblond

Chantal Leblond holds a Master’s degree in Administration with a specialization in finance from Université Laval, complemented by advanced studies in leadership and professional development. Currently serving as the Regional Director for Montérégie Nord-Est at Investissement Québec since October 1999, Chantal Leblond is responsible for representing the organization within the market and fostering relationships with high-potential businesses, financial stakeholders, and social economy entities. Past roles include Senior Account Director and Portfolio Director, focusing on financial advisory for small and medium-sized enterprises, cooperatives, and non-profit organizations. Chantal's career also includes experience as an Account Director with Desjardins from 1993 to 1999, managing financing for SMEs and individual clients.
