Safa M. Ali has extensive experience in customer success and account management, currently serving as the Regional Renewals & Customer Success Manager at Invicti Security since May 2020, where strong relationship-building and strategic planning are emphasized to retain and expand customer partnerships in the MEA region. Prior experience includes a managerial role at Micro Focus, where Safa M. Ali was responsible for advising top enterprise accounts in the MENA region and managing high-profile situations, in addition to securing over $1M in new business. Earlier roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise involved complete ownership of accounts to resolve customer issues and enhance satisfaction. Safa M. Ali holds a BA (Hons) in Business Administration and Systems Management, a BSc (Hons) in Business and Information Management, and is currently pursuing a Master's in Digital Leadership and Transformation at the University of Malta.
