Ben Farrell Mbe

Ben Farrell MBE is the Director of Operations, Planning and Delivery at John Lewis Partnership, overseeing the strategic management of operations across John Lewis and Waitrose. With a focus on complex multi-brand business operations and a procurement budget of £2bn annually, Ben has led significant initiatives including the pandemic response for the organization. In addition to this role, Ben serves as the Chairman of the Invictus Games Foundation Programme Board and the Forces Employment Charity, supporting veterans through sports and employment initiatives. With extensive military experience as a Colonel in the British Army and a background in risk management and operational efficiency, Ben Farrell has been instrumental in transforming logistics and enhancing performance within various organizations. Ben holds advanced degrees from Cranfield University and the University of Stirling, among other prestigious institutions.
