In addition to this role, Ben serves as the Chairman of the Invictus Games Foundation Programme Board and the Forces Employment Charity, supporting veterans through sports and employment initiatives. With extensive military experience as a Colonel in the British Army and a background in risk management and operational efficiency, Ben Farrell has been instrumental in transforming logistics and enhancing performance within various organizations. Ben holds advanced degrees from Cranfield University and the University of Stirling, among other prestigious institutions.

The Invictus Games Foundation is the international charity that oversees the development of the Invictus Games, an international adaptive multi-sport event in which wounded, injured or sick armed services personnel and veterans participate. It celebrates the power of sport in recovery and how it can help, physically or psychologically, those suffering from injuries or illness.
