In addition to this role, Ben serves as the Chairman of the Invictus Games Foundation Programme Board and the Forces Employment Charity, supporting veterans through sports and employment initiatives. With extensive military experience as a Colonel in the British Army and a background in risk management and operational efficiency, Ben Farrell has been instrumental in transforming logistics and enhancing performance within various organizations.
