Dr Vanessa Moulton

Dr Vanessa Moulton is a highly experienced professional in the field of psychology, serving as the Director and Founder of Mindflex Group Ltd since January 2019. In addition, Dr Moulton is a Trustee at The Icarus Charity for Military Mental Health and works as a Mental Health Consultant for the Invictus Games Foundation. As a Counselling Psychologist, Dr Moulton has been practicing since September 2012 and has held various significant roles, including Head of Psychological Well-Being at Help for Heroes and Advisory Board Member for the Office for Veterans' Affairs. With a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology from Regents College and a BSc in Psychology from Leeds University, Dr Moulton has contributed to numerous psychological initiatives, particularly focusing on veteran support and mental health.
