Luke Frank

Luke Frank has over 20 years of work experience. Luke started as an Intelligence Analyst for US Joint Forces Command in 1999, where they worked for nine years. In 2008, they joined CSC as a Senior Intelligence Analyst, preparing intelligence targeting packages for the Counter Insurgency Targeting Program. Luke left CSC in 2013 to work for 42six, a CSRA company, where they served as the Chief Product Owner/Senior Manager of Software Engineering until early 2017. Later in 2016, Luke became the Executive Director of Cyber Engineering for Invictus International Consulting, LLC.

Luke Frank holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Maryland Global Campus, which they earned between 2016 and 2018. Luke also has a Master's Degree in Technology Management with a concentration in Systems Engineering, which they obtained from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2015. In addition, they hold a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from the American Public University System, which they earned between 2007 and 2009, and an Associate's Degree in Arabic Language and Literature from the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center, which they obtained in 2002. Their other education history includes enrollment, but not completion, in several other institutions such as Monterey Peninsula College, the University of Virginia, The University of Virginia's College at Wise, and Southside Virginia Community College. Additionally, Luke has several certifications such as the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)², AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services, and is also a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®), a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®), and a Certified Scrum Professional from Scrum Alliance. Luke is also a holder of the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services, PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner from the Project Management Institute, and a Project Management Professional (PMP)® from the Project Management Institute.
