Brad Caton has extensive work experience in the snow management industry. In 1998, they founded and became the CEO of Invictus Professional Snowfighters, LTD, where they led a team of professionals in maintaining shopping centers and commercial properties during winter storms. Brad's team utilized heavy-duty equipment to provide safe and efficient snow removal services 24/7. Brad is also certified by ASCA and SIMA, demonstrating their industry expertise. In 2018, Brad joined the Board of Directors at ASCA. Additionally, they served as an Executive Board Member at the Abundant Providers Foundation starting in 2016.
From 2013 to 2016, Brad Caton attended the Entrepreneurial Masters Program, where they obtained a degree in Entreprenurial Masters with a focus on International Business.
