Communications Manager For Eu-funded Projects at Information Technologies Institute (ITI)

Katerina Manolopoulou has a robust background in communication and marketing, currently serving as the Communications Manager for EU-funded projects at the Information Technologies Institute since August 2018. In this role, Katerina defines and implements communication strategies for various projects, organizes scientific events, and manages online and offline activities including website content and social media strategy. Prior experience includes a Marketing Manager position at IsZEB, where Katerina planned and coordinated marketing strategies, and a Brand Management Specialist role at ZeniΘ, focusing on communication activities and BTL plans. Additional experience encompasses a Junior Marketing Executive position at DOPPLER S.A. and a Sales Promoter role at point-blank, along with an internship in accounting. Katerina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, obtained in 2013.

Information Technologies Institute (ITI)

Information Technologies Institute (ITI) – formerly known as Informatics and Telematics Institute – is a research institute that was founded in 1998 as a non-profit organisation under the auspices of the General Secretariat for Research and Technology (GSRT) of Greece, with its head office located in Thessaloniki, Greece. Since 2000 it is a founding member of the Centre for Research and Technology Hellas (CERTH) also supervised by the GSRT. CERTH/ITI is one of the leading Greek institutions in the field of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) with long experience in numerous European and National R&D projects.
