Bill Gerard

Bill Gerard began their work experience as the CEO of inVio Health Network in 2021. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Prisma Health, including EVP, Value Based Care & Network Services / CMO Health Plans, President of Prisma Health Upstate Network, Chief Executive Officer of Prisma Health Midlands Network, and Professional Director of Emergency Services. Bill also served as the Chairman of the Board of Managers at Prisma Health Midlands Network. Before their time at Prisma Health, Gerard was the CEO/President of RSQ911 Solutions, LLC and the Medical Director of LifeNet SC at Air Methods. Bill also held medical director positions at Prisma Health Midlands Medical Transport Department, Richland County Emergency Medical Services, and MinuteClinic. Additionally, Gerard served as the President of WCG Solutions, LLC and the Managing Partner of C2 Holdings, LLC.

Bill Gerard attended The Ohio State University from 1982 to 1986 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree. Bill then attended the Medical College of Ohio from 1986 to 1990, earning their MD degree. Bill pursued their Residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of South Carolina from 1990 to 1993. In 2008 and 2009, they attended the USC Marshall School of Business and obtained a MMM degree in Medical Management. Finally, in 2010 and 2011, Bill Gerard completed a certificate program in Managing Health Care Delivery at Harvard Business School.
