Zoë Watson

Zoë Watson has a diverse range of work experience. Zoë started their career in 2001 as a Sales Assistant at London City Runner, where they provided customer analysis and advice on footwear choices. Zoë then moved on to Findlay, Wetherfield, Scott & Co as a Trainee Accountant, handling bookkeeping duties and completing financial statements.

In 2006, Zoë joined The Forensic Science Service as a Customer Services Assistant, managing casefiles, communicating with officers, and providing general office support. Zoë later became a Digital Forensic Analyst, using various software and hardware programs to examine digital embedded devices and extract data.

After their time at The Forensic Science Service, Zoë worked as a Fraud Analyst at viagogo, where they analyzed and detected fraudulent activities. Zoë then joined Deckers Brands as an eCommerce Business Administrator, responsible for managing online operations. Zoë later became a Fraud Analyst and eventually took on the role of Revenue Protection Manager, EMEA, overseeing revenue protection strategies.

Zoë's most recent role is at Inviqa, where they work as an eCommerce Solutions Specialist and Business Analyst. Their responsibilities include providing expertise on eCommerce solutions and performing business analysis.

Zoë Watson completed a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Forensic Science from London South Bank University. This educational achievement took place from 2001 to 2004. Additionally, Zoë acquired several additional certifications, including "Business Implementation Specialist" from Akeneo in September 2022 and "Green Software for Practitioners" from The Linux Foundation in May 2023. However, the obtained month and year for the "Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)" certification from Scrum Alliance are not provided.
