Wayne Connell

Wayne Connell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both non-profit and telecommunications sectors. As the Founder, President, and CEO of the Invisible Disabilities Association since 1996, Wayne manages all facets of the organization while successfully launching initiatives such as the Love IDEAS Summit. In a concurrent role as Senior Manager of Telecom Infrastructure Management at EchoStar Corporation, Wayne oversees a high-performance team, achieving significant cost reductions in telecom spending. Additionally, Wayne serves as the Founder and President of the Disability Advocates Network, advocating for employees with disabilities. Previous positions include leadership roles at Level 3 Communications, Qwest, and RadioShack.com, showcasing strong project management and financial oversight skills. Wayne holds a BA from Colorado Christian University and completed a Dale Carnegie course focused on effective communications.
