Jill McElya

Jill McElya is the President & Co-Founder of Invisible Girl Project. Prior to this, they were the Deputy Director/Director of Legal Dept. at International Justice Mission from January 2008 to December 2009. Before that, they were the General Counsel at Indiana Auditor of State from January 2007 to December 2007. From May 2003 to December 2006, they were a Criminal Defense Attorney at Private Practice and Public Defender. From April 2002 to May 2003, they were the Deputy Prosecutor at St. Joseph County.

Jill McElya has a Doctor of Law from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from William Jewell College.
