Amy Dalebout

Amy Dalebout is an experienced People Operations professional with a progressive career in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving in the role of People Ops at Invisible since July 2024, Amy previously held the position of Vice President of People at Strike from May 2022 to July 2024, and Vice President of People and Culture at Caribou from March 2020 to February 2022. Amy's extensive background in operations and HR includes roles such as Senior Director of HR at K12 Insight and various director and manager positions at FiscalNote. Early in the career, Amy served in managerial roles at Ashoka Canada and as a consultant at the Ballard Center for Economic Self-Reliance, alongside diverse experiences at HELP International and HealthEquity. Amy holds multiple relevant certifications, including a Diversity and Inclusion for HR Certificate from Cornell University and a Leadership Coaching Certificate from Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies, as well as a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from Brigham Young University.
