Cory Elich

Cory Elich has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Starting in 2011, they served as an Army Officer and held various roles, including Platoon Leader and Current Operations Officer. During their time in the military, they were responsible for coordinating activities, managing equipment, and planning operations.

Following their military career, Cory transitioned into the private sector. Cory worked at SMS Assist, L.L.C. as a Senior Implementation Manager, developing strategic facilities maintenance solutions for national clients. Cory utilized data analysis to improve processes and deliver excellent onboarding experiences.

At CarAdvise, Cory served as the Director of Operations & Business Intelligence. Cory implemented a business intelligence capability and tracked key performance indicators. Cory also played a crucial role in the growth of the customer service organization and collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop new features, resulting in significant revenue growth.

Their most recent position was at Your Fare Inc, where they held the roles of Chief Operating Officer and Director of Operations. Cory implemented an innovative account management strategy and successfully pivoted the company's strategy during the pandemic to support mom-n-pop restaurants. Cory achieved significant cost reductions and retention rates while driving revenue growth in the previously ignored sector.

Currently, Cory holds the position of Director of Operations - AI Training at Invisible Technologies Inc., where they apply their expertise in operations to the field of artificial intelligence training.

Cory Elich earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2011. From 2017 to 2019, Cory attended The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Economics, Managerial and Organizational Behavior, & General Management. In addition, Cory has certifications as an Environmental Coordination Officer and a Safety Compliance Officer, both earned through the US Army.
