Hugh Fincher

Hugh Fincher is a seasoned professional in the financial services sector, currently serving as the VP of Strategic Clients at Invisible Technologies since July 2025, where the focus lies on developing AI solutions for private equity and asset management clients. Prior to this role, Hugh held several positions at Qualtrics from January 2019 to July 2025, including VP of Financial Services and Principal. Additional experience includes a contract role as Innovation Manager at Vicinity Centres in 2018, where responsibilities encompassed the development of a Smart Cities strategy and managing Proof of Concept initiatives. Earlier in career, Hugh worked as a Senior Strategy Consultant and Strategy Analyst at Accenture Strategy from March 2013 to December 2017. Hugh holds a Masters of Psychology from the University of Adelaide, obtained between 2009 and 2011.
