Mary Gill

Mary Gill, MPA, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources management across various industries. Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at #ONO since July 2023, Mary oversees HR, HRIS, and Payroll Management. In addition, Mary is an Advanced AI Trainer at Invisible, responsible for training AI models to produce factual and relevant content. Previous roles include AI Trainer - Human Resources at Scale AI and Human Resources Payroll Manager positions at Kulzer North America and ELMS. Notable accomplishments include leading HR operations at LOOK Trailers for 600 employees, reducing turnover at Four Winds Casinos, and streamlining compensation structures at Human Resources Solutions LLC. Mary holds a Master of Public Administration in Human Resources from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Honours Political Science from the University of Windsor.
