Rayna Chandaria

Rayna Chandaria is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in healthcare and consulting. Currently serving as Vice President of Healthcare at Invisible Technologies since July 2025, Rayna has previously held multiple roles at McKinsey & Company from September 2014 to June 2025, including Associate Partner and Solution Leader. Additional experience includes the role of Director of Education at WaterWalla from July 2011 to August 2014, and internships at The Boston Consulting Group and Brown University PRIME. Rayna holds a B.A. in Political Science from Brown University and has received additional qualifications in speech, drama, and effective communication from Trinity College London. Early education was completed at Havergal College, culminating in an Ontario High School Diploma.
