Steve L.

Steve L. has extensive experience in strategy, operations, and team building across various roles in prominent organizations. Currently, Steve leads the R&D team at Invisible Technologies, focusing on the development of an AI software platform that enhances data structuring and client engagement. Previously, Steve served as the EMEA Strategy & Growth Director at ECARX, launching a new business unit post-IPO, and held positions in operations and programs at Acre, as well as building Open Banking APIs at Lean Technologies. Steve was also part of the founding team at FreeUp, which aimed to disrupt payday lending in the ethical fintech space. Earlier career highlights include significant contributions to Improbable's Games Content Division and assisting startups at Founders Factory, alongside a consulting tenure at McKinsey & Company. Steve holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford.
