Pete Karamitsanis

Pete Karamitsanis is a seasoned professional in the architecture and project management industry, currently serving as a Partner at InVision Advisors since January 2020 and as President of Lighthouse Advisors, Inc. since 2000. With a focus on owner representation, project management, and strategic planning advisory services, Karamitsanis has successfully completed over $5 billion worth of projects across various sectors including Education, Sports, Retail, Entertainment, Healthcare, Corporate, and Hospitality. Prior to these roles, Karamitsanis held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at HOK from 1984 to 1999. Academically, Karamitsanis has advanced education credentials from the University of Michigan, holding a Bachelor of Architecture, a Master of Architecture, and currently pursuing a Doctorate in Architecture.
