Grace Ranstrom has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Grace began their career at Saint Dorothy's Rest Summer Camp as a Junior Camp Counselor, where they facilitated various activities for children and ensured their safety. Grace then worked as a Junior Intern at Nordstrom, where they conducted merchandise trend analysis and interviewed employees about their careers. At Sew Now: Fashion Studio, they served as a Teaching Assistant. Grace also interned at the U.S. House of Representatives, where they performed administrative tasks and assisted with the Congressional National Art Contest. At ArtiSans Label Studios, Grace worked as a Graphic Design Intern, creating catalogs and designing art concepts for client albums.

Grace then joined PDI / DreamWorks Animation, where they held multiple roles. As a Department Intern, they were responsible for creating a complete Outreach database and coordinating materials for DreamWorks events. Grace later worked as a Recruiting Assistant, facilitating scheduling for interviews and entering relevant information into the recruiting database. As an Administrative Assistant, they managed schedules and projects for multiple Department Managers and provided support to the Studio Head. Finally, they served as a Production Coordinator, overseeing production timelines and communication within the film crew.

Currently, Grace is employed at InVision Communications as a Creative Director. Prior to this role, they were an Associate Creative Director, where they helped craft the end-to-end attendee experience for clients' events. Grace also worked as a Creative Associate, contributing to the creative development of events and managing communication with various stakeholders. At InVision, they also worked as a Proposal Coordinator, assisting with the proposal creation process and serving as a subject matter expert for proposal-related information.

Grace Ranstrom began their education at Chapman University in 2007, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Information Systems. Grace completed their degree in 2011. During their time at Chapman University, Grace also pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with an emphasis in Graphic Design, which they completed in 2012. In 2009, Grace took part in a study abroad program called Semester at Sea, offered by the University of Virginia.
