Earl Goad

Earl Goad is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing operations and data stewardship. Currently serving as Global Data Steward for Plant Operations at INVISTA, Earl focuses on maximizing equipment availability and uptime through strategic evaluation of maintenance and project activities. Previously, Earl held the position of Operations Leader, providing strategic and tactical guidance for day-to-day operations. Earl's experience also includes serving as an Adjunct Instructor in Industrial Safety at Chattanooga State Community College and working as a Six Sigma Black Belt at DuPont, leading initiatives for uptime and waste stream reduction. Earl holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Walden University and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management from Covenant College.
