Justin Massicotte

Justin Massicotte currently serves as the Director of Planning and Global Asset Optimization at INVISTA, where responsibilities include leading the development of a robust S&OP capability for the airbag and Cordura fiber businesses and formulating long-term optimization strategies for multiple manufacturing sites globally. Prior experiences at INVISTA include roles such as Economics and Planning Manager and Global Supply Optimization Manager, where Justin contributed to enhancing the competitiveness of specialty nylon manufacturing and optimized supply chain processes. Earlier professional experience includes various engineering and production roles at Devon Energy and Canadian Natural Resources Limited, as well as a contract position at Aecon Group Inc. Justin holds an MBA from ESADE Business & Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
