Richard Fezza

Richard Fezza is a seasoned chemical engineering professional with extensive experience in process development and manufacturing support across several prominent organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Associate at INVISTA since August 2011, Richard focuses on the development and scale-up of specialty chemical products such as Emerging Solvents® and DYTEK®. Previously, Richard held senior roles at LyondellBasell, where significant contributions included harmonizing product innovation processes, and at Basell, where leadership of a Six Sigma project earned recognition with a prestigious award. Richard's career began at Hercules, with pivotal roles in process development and engineering sciences at various companies, including Montell and HIMONT. Richard holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University and a B.Ch.E. from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.
