Zach Adams

Zach Adams currently serves as the Director of Distribution Sales for INVISTA's polypropylene business, a role held since March 2024. Prior to this position, Zach spent 15 years at Milliken Chemical, culminating in the role of Regional Director, where leadership spanned sales and technical support teams across North America. Responsibilities included maintaining market leadership, driving growth through new applications, and successfully integrating acquisitions. Other significant roles at Milliken Chemical involved global management of polypropylene clarifiers, achieving substantial revenue growth, and executing strategic product launches. Zach's early career involved engineering and sales-related positions at companies such as GlaxoSmithKline and BOC Edwards, with a strong emphasis on process improvement and business development. Zach holds dual bachelor's degrees in Industrial and Systems Engineering and Economics from North Carolina State University.
