Susanne (Jackson) Logan, MT(ASCP), PMP has over two decades of experience in software development and project management within the healthcare industry. Susanne (Jackson) has held various leadership roles at companies like InVita Healthcare Technologies, BloodHub, Haemonetics, and Wyndgate Technologies. During their time at Haemonetics, they managed large teams, created project plans, and ensured adherence to corporate policies and regulatory guidelines. Susanne (Jackson) also led cross-functional development teams, initiated cross-training programs, and participated in quality improvement processes. At Wyndgate Technologies, they played key roles in defining software requirements, creating documentation, and training staff on operating procedures. Throughout their career, Susanne has demonstrated strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to quality in healthcare technology.

Susanne (Jackson) Logan completed their BSc in Medical Laboratory Science at the University of Alberta. Susanne (Jackson) also obtained an Honours Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology). Susanne holds additional certifications as an MLT from the Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science and as an MT from the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP).
