Bethany Boucher

Bethany Boucher is a legal professional with extensive experience in contract law, currently serving as Sr. Director, Contracts Counsel at Invivyd since June 2025. Prior to this role, Bethany held similar positions at bluebird bio from September 2017 to June 2025, and at Alkermes from August 2015 to August 2017, where duties included managing contracts and providing legal counsel. Earlier positions include Contracts Attorney at TEI Biosciences Inc. and Employment Law Clerk at Glynn Landry and Rice, LLP, where involvement encompassed drafting legal documents and conducting research on employment law. Bethany also interned at the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, gaining valuable experience in legal research and case preparation.
