Richard Agostinelli

Richard Agostinelli has held a number of executive roles in the technology industry. From 1997 to 2001, they served as CFO of Communications Supply Corporation. In 2001, they were appointed Executive Vice President of Lawson Products. From 2002 to 2005, they were CFO and COO of SecuriMetrics, a venture-backed start-up company which developed, manufactured and marketed mobile biometric capture devices and related software. During this period, they drafted a business plan used to raise $15 million in private equity capital and grew the company's revenue from zero to $17 million. In 2005, they were transferred to L-1 Identity Solutions as President of the Biometrics Division, where they successfully transformed six product companies into a world leader in designing, installing and supporting large scale multi-biometric identity management solutions. Richard then served as CEO of Crossmatch from 2014 to 2016, transforming the company from a government-focused hardware supplier to a provider of biometrically-enabled Identity Management Solutions to enterprises and governments worldwide. From 2016 to 2019, they served as a Director of AuthenticID and a Member of the Board of Advisors and Board of Directors of the Biometrics Institute. In 2019, they became the Chief Executive Officer of ByBox, where they enabled global field service customers to meet tight SLA's and improve engineer productivity. In 2020, they joined Invixium as a Director.

Richard Agostinelli attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 1980 to 1983, where they earned a Master of Management degree in Finance. Prior to that, they attended Loyola University Chicago from 1974 to 1977, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting.
