Søren Roustgaard

Søren Roustgaard is currently the Vice President IT at Demant, where they oversee technology in the Retail Division and lead a global team focused on digitalization and data-driven decisions. Prior to this role, they served as Senior Director and Vice President - Global Business Excellence at William Demant, managing strategic business transformation initiatives. Søren has extensive experience in program management, operational process improvement, and negotiations from their time at Accenture and other leadership positions. They also held a role as the Chairman of the Board at INVIXO Consulting Group A/S. Søren holds multiple degrees, including an MSc in International Marketing from the University of Southern Denmark and completed executive programs at IMD and Copenhagen Business School.
