Kristy Neckowicz

Kristy Neckowicz has over 25 years of experience in the software and project management industry. Kristy began their career in 1995 as the Vice President of Product Strategy and Vice President of Customer Support at Primavera Systems Inc. In 2002, they became an Instructor of Project Management at Villanova University On-line. In 2012, they became an Independent Consultant, specializing in Project, Program and Portfolio Management, and IT Business Transformation. In 2013, they joined The Professional Development Group as a Senior Consultant and Coach and PMI as Manager of the Scheduling Community of Practice. In 2014, they became President and Senior Vice President of InVizion LLC, where they were responsible for overall strategy and operations of the software company.

Kristy Neckowicz obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Drexel University between 1981 and 1986. In 1993, they obtained a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2021, they obtained an Executive Challenge Course certification from Gap International. Additionally, Kristy has obtained four certifications from Target Training International: Certified Emotional Quotient Analyst, Certified Motivators Analyst, Certified Professional Behaviors Analyst, and Certified Stages of Growth Strategist.
