Vytenis Lazauskas

Vytenis Lazauskas currently serves as the Head of Group Risk Management and CFO at INVL Asset Management since July 2018 and as an Independent Audit Committee Member at EPSO-G since October 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager at PwC from January 2003 to July 2018, where responsibilities encompassed leading the Risk Assurance Services team, managing assurance projects, consulting on accounting and financial reporting issues, delivering training in accounting and IT audit, and being a member of both the Assurance Management and Marketing Committees. Vytenis obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute (2009-2012) and is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) (2005-2007). Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Audit from Vilniaus Universitetas (1999-2005).
