Lauryn Hagel

Lauryn Hagel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in grant writing, proposal management, and contract oversight. Currently serving as Proposal Manager at Invo HealthCare - Progressus Therapy since December 2019, Lauryn enhances RFP management processes and interdepartmental communication. Previously, Lauryn was a Continuing Education Grants Officer at Hillsborough Community College, where oversight of staff and grant compliance was key, as well as a Grant Writer at Directions for Living, securing over $8 million in funding for behavioral health programs. Lauryn's earlier roles included serving as Contract Manager and Contract Specialist at CFBHN, and a Student Intern at the Florida Department of Children and Families. Lauryn holds a Master's degree in Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Criminology & Criminal Justice from Florida State University.
