Caitlin Davis

Caitlin Davis has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Caitlin began their career as a Software Quality Assurance Intern at CallWave, where they performed regression and feature tests on client software.

Caitlin then co-founded Zettabyte Storage, a company specializing in data storage network appliances. As a co-founder, Caitlin handled various responsibilities including designing, creating, shipping, and maintaining the core NAS product line. Caitlin also managed automated product monitoring, customer invoicing, and legal and tax details.

After Zettabyte Storage, Caitlin worked as a Web Developer at Benefit Software Inc., which was later acquired by Ebix. In this role, they contributed to maintaining and improving a large-scale online benefits enrollment system.

Caitlin continued their journey at Ebix as a Web Applications Developer, focusing on enhancing the existing core codebase and developing new system features. Caitlin'scontributions directly led to improved customer retention and accrual.

Caitlin then transitioned to cielo24 as a Senior Software Engineer, providing technical leadership to a team of engineers in implementing and maintaining cielo24's media data production system. Caitlin also worked closely with the internal operations team to address customer issues and feature requests.

Most recently, Caitlin worked at Invoca, an AI-powered call tracking and conversational analytics company. Caitlin held several positions including Senior Software Engineer, Software Engineering Manager, Director of Software Engineering, and Senior Director of Software Engineering. In these roles, they played a crucial role in maximizing the return of paid media campaigns and enriching customer profiles.

Caitlin Davis earned a BS degree in Computer Science from UC Santa Barbara in 2005. Caitlin later pursued a MS degree in the same field at UC Santa Barbara from 2005 to 2006. Prior to their college education, Caitlin attended Agoura High School from 1997 to 2001.
