Catherine Rogers

Catherine Rogers is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer success and onboarding management, currently serving as the Manager of Onboarding at Invoca since November 2018. In this role, Catherine tracks milestones for analysis, manages team capacity, and advocates for customer needs, while collaborating with various departments to improve processes and ensure effective onboarding. Prior to this position, Catherine held roles such as Senior Customer Success Onboarding Specialist and Onboarding Specialist at Invoca, as well as experienced customer-facing positions in the wine industry. Additional past experiences include ERP Systems Manager at Tempest Telecom Solutions and Branch Operations Manager at Robert Half International. Catherine holds a B.A. in Global Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
