Kyle Paklaian

Kyle Paklaian has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kyle is currently working at Invoca as a Principal Sales Engineer since September 2023. Prior to this, they worked at DialogTech as a Senior Solutions Consultant from May 2020 to May 2021. During their time at DialogTech, they also held positions such as Solutions Consultant, Implementation Manager, Implementation Specialist, Professional Services, and Senior Customer Support Specialist. Before joining DialogTech, Kyle interned at Assurant, where they worked as a Sarbanes-Oxley IT Audit Intern. Kyle also gained experience as an IT Student Database Consultant at USGBC Wisconsin and as a Student Marketing Analyst at Marquette University. Additionally, Kyle worked as an Assistant Manager at Supreme Frozen Products Inc. and served as a Senior Counselor at the Eastern Diocese of the Armenian Church of America. Kyle started their career as a Lifeguard at Wheeling Aquatic Center.

Kyle Paklaian has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a double major in Information Technology and Marketing from Marquette University. Kyle also studied Computer Science at Northwestern University and completed their high school education at John Hersey High School. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Hootsuite Certified Professional from Hootsuite Media Inc. in 2016.
