Tom Phillips is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in product marketing and digital strategy. Currently serving as a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Invoca since November 2021, Tom focuses on the increasing significance of mobile marketing and its impact on consumer engagement. Prior to this, Tom held the role of Digital Marketing Manager at VITAS Healthcare, where responsibilities included overseeing consumer-facing digital properties and managing key software integrations. Tom's earlier experience includes strategic project management at Procter & Gamble, where Tom led a team to enhance productivity through technology initiatives. Tom also worked as an Account Manager at Optiem and as a Technology Consultant at John Carroll University. Tom holds an MBA in Marketing & Entrepreneurship from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering from John Carroll University.
