Brooke Bartos has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their current position as Director of Marketing Operations & Analytics - Enterprise Solutions at EngageSmart. Prior to this, they held the same role at InvoiceCloud, Inc. Brooke also served as a Customer Experience Advisory Council Member at the University of Richmond and The George Washington University.

Brooke also worked as an Independent Contractor, serving as a Field Marketer for B2C organizations such as General Motors, Target, and more. Additionally, they worked as a Field Marketing Manager at The Sawtooth Group, overseeing outreach plans and event execution for a client.

Brooke Bartos completed a Customer Experience Certificate Program at The George Washington University School of Business, which ended in 2022. Prior to that, Brooke obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ferris State University.
