Sarah Books is an experienced product manager currently with InvoiceCloud, Inc. since February 2022, following a decade-long tenure as a product owner at Point & Pay. At Point & Pay, responsibilities encompassed managing business requirements from ideation to deployment, overseeing client services, implementing new client accounts, and providing executive support as an administrative manager.
