Stephane Tardif

Stephane Tardif has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 2000 as a Junior Animator at Tube Studios. Stephane then worked as the Lead Animator at Artificial Mind & Movement from 2005 to 2010. Following this, they held the role of Senior Technical Animator at Warner Bros. Games Montreal from 2010 to 2012. Stephane then joined Ubisoft as an Animation Technical Director, where they worked for seven years before transitioning to Framestore as an Animation Technical Lead from 2019 to 2020. After that, they joined Google Stadia as an Animation Technical Director until 2021. Later in 2021, they became the Animation Technical Director at Haven Studios Inc. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Animation Technical Director at Invoke Studios.

Stephane Tardif's education history begins in 1998 when they attended Cégep de Lévis-Lauzon and earned a Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in Art and Media, which they completed in 2000. Stephane then went on to further their education at the NAD Center from 2000 to 2001, where they studied 3D Animation for Cinema and Television. In 2003, Stephane attended Cégep Francois-Xavier Garneau and obtained another DEC, this time in Law Enforcement, which they completed in 2005. Stephane continued their education at Université de Montréal from 2005 to 2006 and received a Certificate in Criminology. Following that, Stephane enrolled at Animation Mentor from 2008 to 2009 to pursue Advanced Studies in Character Animation. Finally, from 2011 to 2013, they attended Animschool and completed the 3D Character Program.
