Aart Speerstra

Aart Speerstra has extensive experience in the fields of civil engineering and project management, currently serving as Operationeel manager, Projectleider, and Adviseur rail & civiel at InVra plus B.V. since March 2015. As a co-founder of Sportpools.net since April 2006, Aart has contributed to the development of a platform that combines sports knowledge, gaming, and enjoyment. Previous roles include an internship at Boskalis Nederland and Ballast Nedam as well as a graduation project with Provincie Groningen focused on the N33 midden project. Aart obtained a Bachelor of Built Environment degree from Hanzehogeschool Groningen, with a specialization in underground structures and earthquakes, as well as further qualifications in railway safety and design from Railcenter. Aart's academic journey began at Emelwerda College, where a VWO degree in Natural Science and Technology was achieved.
