HM Leng

HM Leng has extensive work experience spanning from 1992 to the present. HM began their career at Intel Technology as a Materials (Engineering) Manager, where they managed suppliers and oversaw product development, quality control, and reliability engineering. At Flextronics, they pioneered the establishment of Supply Base Management, Supply Chain Management, and Component Engineering Department. HM also played a role in cost control and supply base management. Leng later joined Teckwah Value Chain as a General Manager, where they led the startup value-chain company and was responsible for business growth and profitability. HM then worked at Philps Mobile Display Systems/TPO as a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Management before joining Friwo as the Director of Strategic Sourcing and Customs. At LeapFrog, they served as the Director of Strategic Procurement, specializing in strategic sourcing, procurement, and component engineering. Leng then became the General Manager of Far East Operations at Altec Lansing, where they managed operational excellence, supplier management, and customer service support. Currently, they are the Director of Asia Operations at InVue Security Products, overseeing supplier management and project execution.

HM Leng has a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering (Computing) from The University of Sheffield, which was obtained from 1989 to 1992. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Strathclyde, which was completed in the year 2000.
