Jerry Lessin

Jerry Lessin has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the manufacturing industry. Jerry started their career at Alphatec as a Process Automation Engineer in 1996, before moving to Motorola as an SMT Process Engineer in 1997. At Motorola, they were responsible for managing automated assembly equipment and implementing quality control measures.

In 1999, Jerry joined Solectron as a PCBA Engineer/Engineering Manager, where they oversaw the assembly of printed circuit board assemblies and managed the facilities projects. Jerry later transitioned to the role of Facilities Project Manager, focusing on managing construction and renovation projects. From 2002 to 2004, they worked as a Project Engineer, responsible for overseeing project execution and ensuring timely delivery.

Jerry then joined Solectron Technology as a Program Manager in 2004, managing the overall execution of customer programs. Jerry later moved to Flextronics in 2008 as a Business Excellence Manager, where they led a team of engineers and technicians focused on continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing implementation. Jerry also served as a site liaison with corporate global business excellence teams, driving standardization and best practice sharing across different sites.

Jerry's most recent role is as a Program Manager at InVue, where they have been since 2016. As a program manager, they are responsible for overseeing the successful execution of various projects.

Throughout their career, Jerry has demonstrated their expertise in project management, continuous improvement, and implementation of new software systems.

Jerry Lessin completed their education from 1989 to 1995 at North Carolina State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering (BSAE) and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME). In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Project Management Professional certification from PMI in April 2004, and later acquired the Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from CPCC in December 2010.
